Junior Section Events and News
Indoor Cricket Nets have been installed at Holyhead Leisure Centre and were officially opened by
Glamorgan Cricketer Mathew Maynard on Thursday 4th March 2004.
Practice Nets were constructed at the end of the 2003 season and are pictured below,
Phillip Carling Chairman of the Sports Council of Wales officially opened the Nets
on Wednesday 26th May 2004.
Sponsored Cricket Caps are donated to the Junior Teams by Anglesey Aluminium.
Sponsored Cricket Shirts are donated every year to the Junior Teams by the Anchorage Hotel.

The Junior Section had a short tour to Dublin in 2004 to play matches against Union Railway and Pembroke,
The Club won Two matches and lost One. It is hoped the event will be repeated on a regular basis.
The Annual Presentation Evenings held in Anglesey Aluminium
are always a great success
A Schools Under 11 Kwik Cricket Tournament is held every Year
A Junior Team Match against Parents is held every Year
